This inspiring initiative is by international leadership speaker and two-time best-selling business author, Michael Sherlock.  After a nearly year-long process that spanned from feeding a hungry feral cat to welcoming him into her home, Michael realized that she was learning new lessons about leadership of people, and pets, through every step. She also gained an even greater appreciation of the need to help control the stray and feral cat population in her town, and around the US. “Operation Fred – What a Street Cat Taught Me About Leadership,” aims to support the Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) efforts of local cat rescues across the US. Her goal is to help raise funds to pay for 1000 feline TNRs across the US.
